How In-Store Rentals Work

Choose your rental items - Choose the number of days you'd like to rent the items and contact us for availability. 1 day rental is picking up and dropping off the same day.

Discounts for multiple rentals - Choose 3 or more game rentals and receive a 10% discount off of rental cost.

Rental Agreement & Waiver - A rental agreement and waiver must me signed in person or through email

Payment - A deposit and cost of rental are due in full to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made in person or through an emailed link.

In-store Pick up time - Items can be picked up on the rental start date any time during store hours. (If items are available, they may be picked up earlier, call the day before to inquire)

Drop off time Items must be returned on the rental return date 30 minutes before store closing. (If you need to pick up the day before or drop off the next day, consider a 2 day rental)

Return Condition Rentals must be returned in clean and undamaged condition with all parts accounted for. Not complying with this condition will forfeit depsoit.

Cancelation Policy We require 2 weeks notice prior to the pick up date for cancelations to receive a full refund.
